1التعريفات

• "الموقع": هذا الموقع بما يشمله من ملف الأعمال ومكتبة Storyline ولوحة الحساب.
• "نحن" أو "المالك": عبدالله محمد، استشاري تقني للمحتوى التعليمي، مالك الموقع ومديره.
• "المستخدم" أو "أنت": كل من يتصفح الموقع أو ينشئ حسابًا أو يشتري منه.
• "المنتجات": العناصر الرقمية في المكتبة، وتشمل الأنيميشن والفانكشن أكتيفتي وعمليات الدمج، سواء كانت مجانية أو مدفوعة.
• "رمز فتح القفل": رمز يُصدَر بعد الشراء ويفتح الكود الكامل للمنتج على حساب المستخدم.

2الخدمات المقدّمة

يعرض الموقع أعمال المالك في تصميم وتطوير المحتوى التعليمي، ويوفّر مكتبة أكواد جاهزة للعمل داخل Articulate Storyline. تتيح المكتبة معاينة كل منتج وتجربته وتخصيص إعداداته مجانًا، بعضها متاح مجانًا بالكامل، وبعضها يتطلب الشراء لفتح الكود الكامل.

3الحساب

• يتم إنشاء الحساب وتسجيل الدخول عبر حساب Google، ويُشترط تقديم بيانات صحيحة.
• الحساب شخصي، وأنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية الوصول إليه وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلاله.
• ترتبط المنتجات المشتراة بالحساب الذي تم الشراء أو استخدام رمز فتح القفل من خلاله، ولا يجوز نقلها إلى حساب آخر.

4الأسعار والدفع

• تُعرض الأسعار بالجنيه المصري للمستخدمين داخل مصر، وبالدولار الأمريكي لغيرهم، ويُطبّق السعر المعروض وقت إتمام الشراء.
• عند شراء أجزاء الدمج معًا في عملية واحدة، يُطبّق خصم الدمج المعروض وقت الشراء.
• تتم عمليات الدفع عبر مقدّمي خدمات دفع معتمدين، ولا نستقبل بيانات بطاقتك أو محفظتك ولا نحتفظ بها.
• يحق لنا تعديل الأسعار أو العروض في أي وقت، دون أن يؤثر ذلك على عمليات الشراء المكتملة.
• قد تُضاف رسوم أو عمولات من البنك أو مقدّم خدمة الدفع وفقًا لسياساته.

5التسليم

جميع المنتجات رقمية، ويتم تسليمها إلكترونيًا فور تأكيد الدفع بفتح الكود الكامل على حسابك أو بإرسال رمز فتح القفل إليك. لا يوجد أي شحن مادي، ويظل المنتج متاحًا على حسابك من أي جهاز.

6ترخيص الاستخدام

عند شراء منتج أو استخدام منتج مجاني، تحصل على ترخيص شخصي غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدامه وفق ما يلي:

يُسمح لك بـ

• استخدام الكود داخل مشروعاتك التعليمية على Articulate Storyline، سواء لنفسك أو لعملائك.
• تعديل الكود وتخصيصه بما يناسب مشروعاتك.
• نشر المشروعات النهائية (مثل الكورسات) التي تتضمن الكود ضمن محتواها.

لا يُسمح لك بـ

• إعادة بيع الكود أو توزيعه أو نشره أو مشاركته منفردًا، سواء كما هو أو بعد تعديله.
• تضمين الكود في قوالب أو مكتبات أو منتجات تُباع أو تُوزّع لآخرين كأداة قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام.
• مشاركة رمز فتح القفل أو الوصول إلى حسابك مع آخرين.
• حذف إشعارات الملكية أو إشعارات تراخيص الأطراف الثالثة الموجودة داخل الكود.

7الملكية الفكرية

جميع محتويات الموقع، بما فيها الأكواد والتصميمات والنصوص وملف الأعمال، مملوكة للمالك أو مرخّصة له، ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية. بعض الأنيميشن مبني على أعمال مفتوحة المصدر لأطراف ثالثة، ويخضع ذلك الجزء لتراخيصه الأصلية الموضحة في صفحة التراخيص. لا يمنحك الشراء أي حق ملكية في المنتج، وإنما ترخيص استخدام فقط.

8الاستخدام المقبول

تلتزم بعدم استخدام الموقع بأي طريقة تضر به أو بمستخدميه، ومن ذلك:

• محاولة تجاوز القفل أو الوصول إلى الكود الكامل للمنتجات المدفوعة دون شراء.
• النسخ الآلي لمحتوى الموقع أو تحميله بكميات كبيرة (Scraping).
• إساءة استخدام أنظمة الدفع أو رموز فتح القفل، أو إجراء عمليات شراء احتيالية.
• أي نشاط يخالف القوانين المعمول بها.

9الاسترداد

تخضع طلبات استرداد المبالغ لـ سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد، والتي تُعدّ جزءًا لا يتجزأ من هذه الشروط.

10إخلاء المسؤولية وحدود المسؤولية

• تُقدَّم المنتجات "كما هي" بعد اختبارها للعمل داخل Articulate Storyline 360، ونوصي باختبار أي منتج داخل مشروعك قبل نشره.
• لا نضمن توافق المنتجات مع إصدارات مستقبلية من البرامج، أو مع أي تعديلات يجريها المستخدم أو أطراف أخرى.
• في جميع الأحوال، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا تجاهك قيمة المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل المنتج محل المطالبة.

11الإيقاف والإنهاء

يحق لنا إيقاف الحساب أو إلغاء الترخيص في حال مخالفة هذه الشروط، ولا يترتب على ذلك أي حق في استرداد المبالغ. ويحق لك طلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت وفقًا لـ سياسة الخصوصية.

12القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقًا لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص المحاكم المصرية بالفصل في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها، مع السعي أولًا إلى حله وديًا عبر التواصل المباشر.

13التعديلات والتواصل

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. يُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد التحديث موافقةً على الشروط المعدّلة. لأي استفسار:

• "The site": this website, including the portfolio, the Storyline library and the account area.
• "We", "us" or "the owner": Abdallah Mohamed, E-Learning Technical Consultant, who owns and operates the site.
• "User" or "you": anyone who browses the site, creates an account or makes a purchase.
• "Products": the digital items in the library, including animations, function activities and combinations, whether free or paid.
• "Unlock key": a key issued after purchase that unlocks a product's full code on the user's account.

2Services

The site presents the owner's work in e-learning design and development, and offers a library of ready-to-use code for Articulate Storyline. Every product can be previewed, tested and customized free of charge; some are entirely free, while others require a purchase to unlock the full code.

3Your account

• Accounts are created and accessed through Google sign-in, and the information provided must be accurate.
• Your account is personal. You are responsible for keeping access to it secure and for all activity carried out through it.
• Purchased products are tied to the account used to buy them or to redeem their unlock key, and cannot be transferred to another account.

4Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds to users in Egypt and in US dollars elsewhere. The price displayed at the time of purchase applies.
• When the parts of a combination are bought together in a single purchase, the combination discount displayed at the time of purchase applies.
• Payments are processed by approved payment providers. We never receive or store your card or e-wallet details.
• We may change prices or offers at any time; such changes do not affect completed purchases.
• Your bank or payment provider may apply its own fees under its policies.

5Delivery

All products are digital and are delivered electronically as soon as payment is confirmed, by unlocking the full code on your account or by sending you an unlock key. There is no physical shipping, and the product remains available on your account on any device.

6License

When you buy a product or use a free one, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it as follows:

You may

• Use the code in your own Articulate Storyline e-learning projects, whether for yourself or for your clients.
• Modify and customize the code to suit your projects.
• Publish finished projects (such as courses) that include the code as part of their content.

You may not

• Resell, distribute, publish or share the code on its own, whether as is or modified.
• Include the code in templates, libraries or products sold or distributed to others as a reusable tool.
• Share your unlock key or access to your account with others.
• Remove the ownership notices or third-party license notices contained in the code.

7Intellectual property

All content on the site, including code, designs, text and the portfolio, is owned by or licensed to the owner and protected by intellectual property laws. Some animations are based on open-source work by third parties; that part remains subject to its original licenses, as detailed on the Licenses page. A purchase grants you a license to use a product, not ownership of it.

8Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site in any way that harms it or its users, including:

• Attempting to bypass the lock or access the full code of paid products without purchasing them.
• Automated copying or bulk downloading of the site's content (scraping).
• Misusing the payment systems or unlock keys, or making fraudulent purchases.
• Any activity that violates applicable law.

9Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

10Disclaimer and limitation of liability

• Products are provided "as is", tested to work in Articulate Storyline 360. We recommend testing any product in your project before publishing it.
• We do not guarantee compatibility with future software versions, or with modifications made by the user or third parties.
• In all cases, our liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned.

11Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account or cancel a license if these terms are breached, without entitlement to a refund. You may request the deletion of your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We will always seek first to resolve any dispute amicably through direct contact.

13Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the date of the latest update appears at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For any question:
